Comprehensive Construction of Innovative Talent Cultivating Model in Colleges and Universities

Innovation is the soul of progress of a nation and the first driving force for development. Building an innovative country is the core of the national development strategy, which requires a large number of talents with innovative consciousness and ability. Colleges and universities undertake the important mission of cultivating innovative talents, while the cultivating model is related to the quality of innovative talents cultivation.
