The purpose of this study is to show how educators in preschool teach children about the diet’s importance for health. We have used a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire to get answers to our research questions. The questionnaire consisted of mostly closed questions and was answered by 206 educators in Swedish preschools. The survey was distributed via e-mail to educators in two swedish municipalities and via groups on Facebook for teachers and preschool teachers. We investigate the possible influence of various factors on teaching and in this way the framework factor theory permeates our entire work.
