Resumen del trabajo presentado en el Workshop on Optimisation, Metric Bounds, Approximation and Transversality (WoMBaT2021), celebrado de forma virtual del 13 al 17 de diciembre de 2021We will be discussing the application of optomechanics to biology and biomedicine, as well as how strategies inspired by these phenomena can be applied to microscale devices for cancer cell characterization, for the detection of attogram per mililliter concentrations of protein biomarkers in the exploration of the deep plasma proteome and for the identification of pathogens through their intrinsic mechanical properties.Peer reviewe
