The purpose of this research paper is to know about the connection between stress management and productivity at work place. It is also undeniable that stress management issue is a concerning thing for both the employer and employees. There is a lot of pressure that emanates from difficult tasks as well as tough working environments. The process of working also seems to be difficult because of the surrounding sometimes.
