ASPEK HUKUM PERLINDUNGAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DARI PENCEMARAN AKIBAT KEGIATAN BENGKEL SEPEDA MOTOR DI KECAMATAN DEPOK

This study is entitled “An Aspect of Environmental Protection Law against pollution activities by Motorcycle Workshop in Sleman County”. This study aims to determine whether Legal Protection Law of Environmental against pollution has been carried out according to the latest regulations of the law and to determine what obstacles are encountered during the workshop activities that can cause waste pollution. This research uses empirical methods, which focus on social facts and uses primary data as main data and is supported by secondary data. Data obtained from respondents and interviewees were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusion of this research is that the Sleman County Department of Environment has yet to comply with the latest regulation, and there are still many obstacles that can cause pollution waste that produced by motorcycle workshop because of the lack of information
