Chladni plates are widely used as teaching tools to demonstrate the physics of acoustic standing waves as well as research tools to perform acoustic manipulation of particles on the plate. However, current commercial Chladni plate kits lack fully functional control software that could serve both teaching and research purposes in a highly approachable manner.
