ANALISIS KINERJA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI INDONESIA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN ISLAMICITY INDICES PERIODE 2015-2020

This study was conducted to analyze the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia by using the Islamicity Indices approach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with two main indicators, namely the Islamicity Disclosure Index and the Islamicity Performance Index. Sampling method in this study was conducted by purposive sampling method. The samples taken were thirteen Islamic banks in Indonesia. The results of the study revealed that the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia in the 2015-2020 period got quite satisfactory results. However, there are two ratios with unsatisfactory results, namely the zakat performance ratio and the equitable distribution ratio. This shows that the zakat issued by Islamic banks in Indonesia is still low alongside with qardh funds, donations and employee salaries are still low
