IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA GETAS KECAMATAN PLAYEN KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL TAHUN 2020

Poverty is an urgent national problem and requires handling steps and a systematic approach. The Indonesian government has various poverty reduction policy programs, one of which is a social assistance program in the form of the Family Hope Program (PKH). This program is expected to be able to break the chain of poverty that occurs in Indonesia in the long time. The Family Hope Program was implemented in 2007 as a conditional assistance program given to poor families who are designated as beneficiaries. This program has proven to be quite successful in improving the welfare of poor families in meeting basic needs such as education, health and social welfare, one of which is that practice in Getas Village, Playen District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative by describing and explaining the research results in accordance with the facts in the field. The date collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation with the research subjects, namely the Social Service, PKH Facilitators and PKH beneficiary families. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Improving Welfare in Getas Village iin 2020. The results of this study explain that the implementation of government social assistance in the form of the Family Hope Program in Getas Village, Playen District, Gunungkidul Regency able to foster a positive perspective to the community related to education, health, and social welfare so that PKH can mindset of beneficiary families. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Family Hope Program has a new policy related to the policy of distributing aid as well as changes in the amount of assistance provided to poor falimies. The Family Hope Program in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is very helpful for beneficiary families in meeting their needs, especially related to meeting basic needs as an effort to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The effectiveness of PKH is measured using indicators of target accuracy, timing, as well as objectives or impacts. The effectiveness of PKH implementation in Getas Village is said to be effective where people who cannot afford and enter as PKH participants can already be helped in fulfilling education, health and social welfare. In addition to having a positive impact, the implementation of PKH found obstacles related to updating data which caused miscommunication between officers and participants, causing the data entered to be invalid
