Abstract: The issue of constructive dialogue in the conditions of transformation of the modern system of education is very actual. In the article, the authors draw attention to effective ways to build a constructive dialogue between participants in the educational process: teachers, applicants, and parents, who raise children with special educational needs (SEN).
