Pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Pembelajaran Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Organisasional: Peran mediasi Inovasi

The purpose of this study is to examine knowledge management and organizational learning as predictors of organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable. By using quantitative methods, the research data were collected from 40 supervisor employees of PT NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia. Sampling technique using census technique. Data analysis using SMART PLS software.
