The purpose of this study is to examine knowledge management and organizational learning as predictors of organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable. By using quantitative methods, the research data were collected from 40 supervisor employees of PT NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia. Sampling technique using census technique.
