Background: Cardiac pacing in patients with bradyarrhythmia may employ variable pacing sites, which may have different effects on cardiac function. Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) is a new physiological pacing modality, and the acute outcomes on cardiac mechanical synchrony during LBBP remain uncertain.
