The paper describes the problem and specifies the key sources of marine pollution. A mathematical mode of particle transfer and settling as well as the parameters of environment turbulence are proposed. A 3D diffusion-advective model discussed in the paper was developed on the basis of “wandering particles” method with the use of random numbers generator for nondeterministic processes simulation.
