Line × tester analysis was carried out to estimate combining ability of Ogura CMS based hybrids in Indian mustard [Brassica juncea (L.) Czern & Coss.]. For this, 50 hybrids were developed by crossing five Ogura CMS lines with ten restorers according to the Line x Tester mating design. A total of 65 genotypes including 50 hybrids and 15 parents were evaluated during Rabi, 2017-18. Analysis of variance revealed significant differences among lines and crosses for most of the traits. The value of σ2SCA/σ2GCA was found less than one, for most of the traits indicating a major role of non-additive gene action in the expression of characters.
