The relevance of the research is caused by the increasing use of the method of cone penetration test, including the use for determining the characteristics of soils directly in the field. The main aim of the research is to construct the correlation dependences between the parameters of cone penetration test and the strength and deformation characteristics of different types of soils distributed in the territory of Kazan.
