THE INITIATION OF NEGOTIATIONS ON FREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION.

The news of investigations is determined by the need to research the process of initiation and development of Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union; document that is necessary for Moldova‘s inclusion in the business community. In conclusion is emphasized the need for faster progress in dialogue with the Transnistrian side, without which is create the obstacles to achieving the objectives in several areas of the Action Plan including in the strengthening of the administrative capacity, identifying and analyzing all existing sources of statistical data of transnistrian external trade. In this context is necessary a more active involvement of Government in negotiations active involvement with the Transnistrian region towards review , change and implement opportunities a legal and regulatory framework that would allow uniform application of customs legislation throughout the Republic of Moldova.
