Bioinformatics is giving new and use ful tools for agriculture, medicine, engineering and natural sciences. In Moldova, bioinformatics just beginning to be known as an area of research. Switching from conventional laboratory manipulations to those insured by computer is a current approach, andre search in this area presents a special interest to the entire scientifi c community
