Background Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive cancer and is predicted to become the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in China. To understand the epidemic trend of pancreatic cancer and formulate targeted preventive measures, it is important to analyze the incidence and mortality of pancreatic cancer. Methods The incidence and mortality data of pancreatic cancer in China were obtained from Global Burden of Disease (GBD) data.
