Entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry is a challenging field in the current socio-economic context. Putting customers at the center of business is the priority for global hospitality and tourism companies. This paper aims to define the concept of entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry and to present the case of Marriott International, one of the famous and largest hotel chains. The research methodology was based on a quantitative research method and a case study.
