The article is devoted to the study of the spread of drug use among the working population. On the basis of materials of quantitative and qualitative research of the deviant behavior sector of sociology from the Institute of Sociology of the Federal Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and also reviews of domestic and foreign research, the situation with involvement of workers of various professional groups in drug addiction is analyzed.
