Research objective: to determine the level of serum cytokines in the pregravidar period in women with chronic diseases of the hepatobiliary system and reproductive losses in the first trimester in the anamnesis. Materials and methods. 90 patients of reproductive age with chronic pathology of the hepatobiliary system (liver steatosis and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis) were examined.
