The session starts with an overview on how to apply for ICEI resources with a particular focus on the main steps of the allocation process and the related stakeholders. Moreover, the new electronic application and review system JARDS will be presented, which has recently been released for HBP/EBRAINS experts and the neuroscience community to apply for Fenix resources. It will be demonstrated how to prepare and finalize a proposal, both for new projects and to extend existing ones
