Studi rasionalitas penggunaan obat antidiabetes pada pasien diabetes melitus gestasional tahun 2018 – 2020 di RSUD Dr. H. Slamet Martodirjo Pamekasan

Indonesia: Diabetes melitus gestasional (DMG) merupakan keadaan kadar glukosa darah melebihi ukuran normal yang ditemukan pertama kali pada saat kehamilan. DMG ditandai dengan glukosa darah puasa ≥92 mg/dL, atau glukosa darah 1 jam postprandial ≥180 mg/dL atau glukosa darah 2 jam postprandial ≥153 mg/dL. Prevalensi DMG di Indonesia pada umumnya mencapai 1,9–3,6%. DMG memberikan peningkatan risiko pengembangan diabetes tipe 2 setelah melahirkan, wanita yang didiagnosis DMG harus menerima pemeriksaan seumur hidup untuk pradiabetes dan diabetes melitus tipe. Pasien DMG harus mendapatkan pengobatan yang rasional yaitu sesuai dengan keadaan dan kondisi klinis pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil dan rasionalitas penggunaan obat antidiabetes pada pasien diabetes melitus gestasional tahun 2018 – 2020 di RSUD Dr. H. Slamet Martodirjo Pamekasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non ekperimental observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian potong lintang (cross sectional) menggunakan data retrospektif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 rekam medis pasien diabetes melitus gestasional diambil dengan cara nonprobability sampling menggunakan teknik total sampling melalui kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan. Data yang disajikan dalam bentuk diagram/ tabel dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini adalah obat antidiabetes yang digunakan adalah metformin sebesar 7,14%, aspart dan glargine 7,14%, glargine 7,14%, aspart dan detemir 14,29%, detemir 21,43%, dan aspart 42.86%. Rasionalitas tepat penggunaan obat didapatkan hasil tepat diagnosis sebesar 100%, tepat indikasi 100%, tepat obat 90%, tepat dosis 50%, tepat interval waktu pemberian 100%, dan tepat lama pemberian 100%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan obat antidiabetes membutuhkan perhatian pada peningkatan tepat obat dan tepat dosis. The purpose of this research is to determine the profile and rationality of anti-diabetes medicine utilization on the patients who have diabetes mellitus gestational from 2018 to 2020 at RSUD Dr. H. Slamet Martodirjo Pamekasan. This is non-experimental research with observational descriptive through a plan of cross-sectional research by using retrospective data. There were 10 medical records samples of the patients who had diabetes mellitus gestational that were taken by nonprobability sampling using total sampling techniques through inclusion and exclusion criterion that has been determined. The data were served through a diagram or table and percentage. As a result, the anti-diabetes medicine used is 7.14% metformin, 7.14% of aspart and glargine, 7.14% glargine, 14.29% aspart and detemir, 21.43% detemir, and 42.86% aspart. The medicine utilization is exactly rational and can be obtained the exact diagnosis on 100%, exact indication on 100%, exact medication 90%, exact dosage 50%, giving-time interval exact on 100%, and given-period exact on 100%.
