Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of education, interpersonal conflict, and workplace bullying on employee performance at BSI KC Rasana’e Kota Bima. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are basic of education, interpersonal conflict, and workplace bullying. The population in this study is all employees of BSI KC Rasana’e Kota Bima. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a research sample of 61 employees.
