The research objective was to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, andwork environment on employee performance at PT. XYZ, West Jakarta. This type ofquantitative research uses saturated samples using all employees (43 employees). Methods ofcollecting data using observation, literature review and questionnaire. The analytical methodsare validity and reliability, percentage descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, andmultiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 25. Conclusions in this studyindicate that discipline and work environment influences positively on employee performanceeither partially or simultaneously. Suggestions for PT.
