Basically, every employee job satisfaction is different, even if they're on the same type of work; it depends on the needs and systems that act on him. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research with correlational format. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regressions. The study population employees of Sampoerna University. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling using census.
