PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL PADA DIREKTORAT ANEKA KACANG DAN UMBI SERTA DIREKTORAT PASCA PANEN DIREKTORAT JENDERAL TANAMAN PANGAN KEMENTERIAN PERTANIAN

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working environment and work discipline on the performance of Civil Servants at the Directorate of Legums and Tubers also Directorate of Post-Harvest, Ministry of Agriculture. The sample in the study amounted to 111 people from 121 employees population. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling, with sampling type saturated sampling/census sampling. Primary data collection using questionnaire, with Likert scale 1-5, while for the calculation using multiple regression analysis. From the data analysis, the result of the research stated that the work environment and work discipline variables, either individually or jointly have a positive effect on employee performance. The result of the research is expected to give input to the leader to more guidance to the employee in implementing the rules that have been set, so that can improve the performance of employees.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Civil Servants PerformanceAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Direktorat Budidaya Aneka Kacang dan Umbi serta Direktorat Pasca Panen, Kementerian Pertanian. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 111 orang dari 121 orang populasi pegawai. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling, dengan jenis pengambilan sampling jenuh/sampling sensus. Pengambilan data primer menggunakan kusioner, dengan Skala Likert 1-5, sedangkan untuk perhitungannya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari analisis data didapatkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberi masukan kepada pimpinan untuk lebih membimbing pada pegawai dalam melaksanakan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai
