Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working environment and work discipline on the performance of Civil Servants at the Directorate of Legums and Tubers also Directorate of Post-Harvest, Ministry of Agriculture. The sample in the study amounted to 111 people from 121 employees population. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling, with sampling type saturated sampling/census sampling. Primary data collection using questionnaire, with Likert scale 1-5, while for the calculation using multiple regression analysis.
