ABSTRACT. This study examines the effect of Workload and Adversity Quotient on Employee Performance of PT. XYZ Indonesia with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. A total of 92 employees were respondents in this study. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach and using a Likert scale as a questionnaire assessment tool. The data analysis method used is the SmartPLS software. The results showed that Workload has a significant direct effect on Employee Motivation and Performance, Adversity Quotient has a significant direct effect on Employee Motivation and Performance, and Motivation has a significant direct effect on Employee Performance.
