Even though the COVID- 19 pandemic state has been ongoing for almost two years, it is still a relatively new and unknown topic, and its effects on managerial level jobs, especially in the sales division, to this day. Therefore, it is highly relevant to examine how exactly the managerial positions and their job descriptions have changed during the pandemic. The thesis aims to discover these changes, and what would have been the best way to adapt to the changing situation, and if there is something positive that has been learned in the pandemic state.
