Studi kelayakan dan strategi pengembangan e-business pada inaportnet di pelabuhan makasar

Port is one link in the network of goods and passenger distribution, so as to have an important function in supporting economic growth. Increasing the competitiveness of the port enhanced by creating efficient document processing services to ships and goods, one of the government's efforts is the implementation of Inaportnet which is part of the National Single Window with projections to participate in the ASEAN Single Window. Inaportnet is a project of the Ministry of Transportation, which began in 2007, covering four main ports of Belawan, Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Emas and Tanjung Perak. Since 2014, the addition of two new locations, namely the Port of Makassar and Bitung. With the allocation of state budget huge costs deemed necessary feasibility study to assess the usefulness of the project from an academic perspective. TELOS method is a method to assess the feasibility of a project from a technical aspect, economy, legal, operational, and schedule. This study used primary data from respondents directly and secondary data from the literature study. The primary data obtained through research instruments which were distributed to the population of the object that is the shipping company and the operator server. Other primary data source is the discussion to the experts, especially from the regulator. Discussions were held separately and in groups. To determine the feasibility of each aspect be approached by several different methods, namely Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis. The analysis showed that Inaportnet project feasible in Makassar port with a total weight value amounted to 4.46 of the total value of a maximum of 5. The subsequent analysis results are interpreted in the form of grains of internal and external indicators are then using SWOT method produced the concept of the strategy of e -business in Makassar port. Aspects that need to be improved for the next development is the technical, operational, and legal. Implementation of e-business at the Port of Makassar can be done in the concept of Port Community System that actively involves stakeholders in it
