ANALISIS KRIMINOLOGIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB TINDAK PIDANA PROSTITUSI ONLINE DIKALANGAN MAHASISWA KOTA MALANG (Studi Kasus Diwilayah Hukum kepolisian Resor Malang Kota)

The problem of online prostitution crime until now is a problem that is often faced by the community and is even said to be a public disease, about online prostitution itself is very difficult to know by law enforcement officers because online prostitution is hidden. From year to year cases of online prostitution persist, and the perpetrators are mostly students. This study discusses the factors that cause online prostitution among students in Malang City in criminology, with the aim of knowing and understanding (1) the factors that cause online prostitution among students, (2) how the efforts made by the Malang City Resort Police in tackling Online Prostitution and (3) obstacles in law enforcement by the Malang City Resort Police in tackling online prostitution and how to solve them. Empirical legal research method with a sociological juridical research approach, the primary data sources are observations at the Malang City Police Satreskrim, secondary data derived from laws and books. Collecting data through interviews, and literature study, and data analysis using qualitative methods. The results of the research and discussion are (1) the factors that cause online prostitution among students in the city of Malang include: lack of attention from both parents, the social environment, (2) law enforcement carried out by the Malang City Police Resort in tackling online prostitution, among others: non-criminally namely (1) prevention by means of socialization and counseling in schools, (2) prevention by means of patrols and supervision in drug-prone areas, (3) rehabilitation of victims of abusers. Criminally, namely: repressive, namely conducting investigations and investigations with strategies including: (a). approach (observation), (b). Interview (interview), (c). Turning (supervision), (d). Disguise (disguise), (e). Undercove buys. (3) control in law enforcement carried out by the Malang City Resort in tackling online prostitution, namely the difficulty or difficulty of getting into the network, so to enter must be disguised first. The conclusion is that the main factor is due to environmental conditions of family, friends or association. The author's suggestions and recommendations are for actors and the community in general to choose and sort out the social environment so that in the association can be better and supervision and control from parents
