SISTEM PROGRAM JAMINAN KEMATIAN (JKM) PADA PESERTA BUKAN PENERIMA UPAH (BPU) DI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG MALANG

BPJS Employment Malang Branch Office is a social security service in Indonesia for workers. BPJS Employment provides services for workers by providing 4 (four) social security, namely JKK, JKM, JHT, and JP. The social security is not only accepted by workers in a company, but can be received by individual workers in the sense that they make their own business or work independently which are included in the Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) program. The purpose of writing this final report is to find out how the Death Insurance Program (JKM) for Non-Wage Recipient Participants (BPU) at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Malang Branch. In addition, the author wants to know what are the obstacles and efforts made in convincing the public about the Program (BPU). This shows that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's efforts in convincing the public have enormous benefits by socializing it so that from year to year it always achieves the target. Where the participants (BPU) can trust social security to provide a sense of security for themselves at work so they can concentrate more on increasing motivation and work productivity, so that participants are very enthusiastic about joining this program
