PERANCANGAN SMART SISTEM MONITORING DAN KEAMANAN RUMAH TERHADAP PROTEKSI BAHAYA KEBOCORAN GAS LPG DAN KEBAKARAN BERBASIS IOT

As many users of LPG gas, new problems arise with the occurrence of many cases of fires and explosions caused by LPG gas leaks. Various research efforts on the detection of gas leaks and fires have been carried out by previous researchers. This research was conducted with the aim of providing new things from previous research, namely by designing a camera system as a medium for monitoring site conditions as well as information systems and protection against IoT-based LPG gas leak detection and fires. This system uses MQ-6 sensor, KY-026 sensor, DS18B20 sensor, Arduino uno, buzzer, water pump, and DC fan. In addition, it also uses the ESP32-CAM wifi module with an OV 2640 camera, as well as the telegram application and the Adafruit IO web server as monitoring and information media. In the research process, the performance of the sensor is tested by giving treatment to determine its performance. In system testing, Adafruit IO as a monitoring interface can display and store measurement results in real time from sensors. The information system for sending messages and camera images via the telegram application can also work if LPG gas leaks, fires, and temperatures above 40˚C are detected. For the protection process, the system will work to activate the fan and buzzer when LPG gas is detected more than 350 ppm. then when the temperature exceeds 40˚C the system will activate the fan. Meanwhile, when a fire is detected in condition 1, the system activates the buzzer, fan and water pump
