POLA KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DALAM KELUARGA ANTARA ORANG TUA DENGAN ANAK TERHADAP PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DARING. (STUDI PADA SISWA SDIT ROBBANI, KOTA BANJARBARU, KALIMANTAN SELATAN).

Communication is an activity in conveying information, whether messages or ideas that are carried out directly or indirectly. This study aims to describe how the pattern of interpersonal communication in the family between parents and children on the online learning process. In this study, in order to describe the pattern of interpersonal communication in the family between parents and children on the online learning process, the researchers used a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type, and used a naturalist research base. In obtaining research data, researchers used data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 3 children, 3 fathers, and 3 mothers, for the criteria for the subjects the children were selected based on those who attended SDIT Robbani. Based on the results of the study showed that the ongoing pattern of interpersonal communication in the family between parents and children towards the online learning process through communication aspects, namely through openness, empathy, and support. Openness during the online learning process for children and parents discusses the internet that is not smooth. Empathy and discussion about what children experience in the online learning process about asking assignments and having done assignments. Support for children in the online learning process through electronic facilities such as computers and laptops, providing internet facilities. The obstacles to interpersonal communication between parents and children in online learning that have been carried out by researchers are only 2 out of 3 parental subjects who tell their problems to their children in accompanying their children during online learning
