The objective of this work is the development of multilayer polymeric systems based on biocompatible polymers using the layer-by-layer technique and the inclusion of proteins in these systems. This development is proposed for application in the biomedical field as biomaterials that function as implants. The inclusion of proteins in the materials that make up the implants and their subsequent controlled release is intended to achieve a localized response of the organism. In order to carry out these polymeric systems, the LbL technique is used by immersion in solutions of polymers with opposite charge.
