Multilayer films FM/FeMn and FeNi/TbCo have been prepared and their structure has been estimated. Their hysteretic properties were analyzed by vibrating sample magnetometry and Kerr microscopy. Stoner–Wohlfarth model and micromagnetic simulation was used to reproduce experimental results.This work was supported by the Russian Science Foundation (project No 19-72-00141)
