The objective of this research is to understand the elements that make it difficult and the possible paths for effective democratic school management in Monte Santo-BA. This is a nethnographic study, with a qualitative approach, which starts from the following question: what are the elements that hinder and the possible ways for effective democratic school management in Monte Santo-BA?
