In seeking to understand the meaning and reasons of the untranslatability, the present study makes use of a positive understanding of this phenomenon. Investigating the importance of several poetics of distrust, that since the avant-garde period, especially due to the surrealist revolution of the understanding of the object, used the poetic language in its concrete aspects in a political fight against the aggressiveness of the oppressor, the reflection transfers the distrust to the phenomenon of translatability itself, as well as to the omnipresence of translation in the contemporary world.
