Zasady i ich percepcja w Młodzieżowym Ośrodku Wychowawczym – perspektywa wychowanków i wychowawców

This article discusses the formation of norms and rules in the group of adolescents placed in rehabilitation facilities. The research question concerned the similarities and differences in the perception of norms, principles and hierarchy in the Youth Educational Centre between adolescents and caretakers. The study was conducted at the Youth Educational Centre in Lower Silesia Voivodeship, Poland, and it was a pilot study. The Focus Group Interview and the method of competent judges were used as the research methods in the group of caretakers, and a survey in the group of adolescents. The obtained research results indicate a similar perception of the rules by educators and pupils. Despite the mixed methodology used, the results of the research confirmed the previous results in terms of the content of the rules functioning in the centre. In addition, the caretakers indicated a richer range of determinants of the observed behaviours and of the process of forming the rules. The adolescents focused mainly on situational factors and used masking strategies.Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy sposobu tworzenia się norm i zasad w grupie nastolatków umieszczanych w placówkach resocjalizacyjnych. Pytanie badawcze dotyczyło podobieństw i różnic w zakresie percepcji norm, zasad oraz hierarchii w Młodzieżowym Ośrodku Wychowawczym (MOW) między wychowawcami a wychowankami. Badanie przeprowadzono w MOW w województwie dolnośląskim i było ono badaniem pilotażowym. W przypadku wychowawców jako metodę badawczą zastosowano zogniskowany wywiad grupowy (Focus Group Interview) oraz metodę sędziów kompetentnych, a w przypadku wychowanków – ankietę. W tym celu przeprowadzono wywiady z wychowawcami i wychowankami. Uzyskane wyniki badań wskazują na podobną percepcję zasad panujących w ośrodku przez wychowawców i wychowanków. Rezultaty badań, pomimo zastosowanej metodologii mieszanej, potwierdziły wcześniejsze rezultaty odnośnie do treści zasad funkcjonujących w ośrodku. Ponadto wychowawcy wskazali więcej uwarunkowań obserwowanych zachowań oraz procesu powstawania zasad. Wychowankowie skupili się gównie na czynnikach sytuacyjnych i stosowali strategie maskujące
