Pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto sektor pertanian, upah minimum provinsi dan investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian Kabupaten Batanghari

This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP in the agricultural sector, the provincial minimum wage, and investment on employment in the agricultural sector in the Batanghari Regency. The data used is secondary data for 19 years, namely the period 2000 – 2018. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Batanghari Regency and Jambi Province. Data were analyzed using multiple regression models. The results of the study found that partially, the GRDP of the agricultural sector had a positive and significant effect on employment in the agricultural sector in Batanghari Regency, while the provincial minimum wage and investment had a negative effect.
