بررسی تأثیر پیشگیری وضعی از طریق بیمه شخص ثالث، دوربین‌های ثبت تخلفات و جریمه‌های رانندگی بر کاهش جرائم رانندگی (مطالعه موردی: شهر شیراز)

Background and Aim: Situational prevention refers to a situation in which it makes the circumstances of committing a crime difficult, dangerous, and somewhat unattainable. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of insurance protections, driving fines and violation recording cameras on the scope of driving crimes. Materials and Methods: The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method and a researcher-made questionnaire was used in it. The number of samples was calculated using Cochran's formula 384 person. The validity of the questionnaire questions was confirmed by professors and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha test of 0.81. Then, after confirming and determining the validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributed by the researcher among the citizens of Shiraz by simple random sampling method. SPSS 22 software was used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. Kolmogorov - Smirnov test showed that the distribution of data was normal. Finally, a simple linear regression test was used to test the research hypotheses. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing this article and distributing the questionnaire among the participants, the principle of honesty and trustworthiness has been regarded. Findings: The basic premise of this article is that the Third Party Insurance Act, the camera for recording violations and driving fines are considered as situational prevention tools that are effective in reducing driving crimes. Conclusion: The results of regression analysis showed that insurance protections, driving fines and violation recording cameras have a positive and significant effect on traffic crimes with a 95% confidence level and sig<0.05.   Cite this article as: Alizadeh Arand A, Salarifar A, Ramezani A. Majale "Akhlāq-i zīstī" (i.e., Bioethics Journal). 2021; 11(36): e19.زمینه و هدف: پیشگیری وضعی به وضعیتی اطلاق می‌شود که طی آن شرایط ارتکاب جرم، سخت، خطرناک و تا حدودی دست‌نیافتنی می‌شود. هدف این بررسی، مطالعه تأثیر بیمه شخص ثالث، جریمه‌های رانندگان و دوربین‌های ثبت تخلفات بر جرائم رانندگی بوده است. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته می‌باشد. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر محاسبه شد. روایی سؤالات پرسشنامه توسط اساتید و متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت، پایایی آن نیز با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 81/0 محاسبه شد. پرسشنامه پس از تأیید و تعیین روایی و پایایی، توسط محقق در بین شهروندان شهر شیراز با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده توزیع شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه، از نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 استفاده شده است. آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف نرمال‌بودن توزیع داده‌ها را نشان داد که در نهایت برای بررسی فرضیات پژوهش از آزمون رگرسیون خطی ساده استفاده شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمامی مراحل نگارش این مقاله و توزیع پرسشنامه میان نمونه آماری اصل صداقت و امانت رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: تحقیق حاضر با رویکرد حقوقی نگارش یافته و مفروضه اساسی این مقاله بر این است که قانون بیمه شخص ثالث، دوربین ثبت تخلف و جریمه رانندگان به عنوان ابزارهای پیشگیری وضعی در نظر گرفته شده است که در کاهش جرائم رانندگی تأثیرگذارند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که پیشگیری وضعی از طریق بیمه شخص ثالث، جریمه‌های رانندگی و دوربین‌های ثبت تخلفات بر حیطه جرائم رانندگی با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد و sig<0.05 تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر حیطه جرائم رانندگی دارد
