The purpose of this study is to understand and analize the effect of job promotion and work environment on employee performance. This research is associative research. The sample in this study is 40 employees who work Royal ATK Malang. The sample technique is a proportional random sampling. The methode used in this research are descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of F test indicates that job promotion and work enviroment affected employee performance simultanly. Based on t test, job promotion and work enviroment has a significant effect on employee performance. R-Square value are 0,215 indicates that the ability of job promotion and work enviroment can explain 21,5% of employee performance variabel while the rema...
