Majnoon (insane) is one of the words used in the Holy Quran and one of the words that the infidels of Quraysh have attributed to the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). The study of most Qur'anic commentaries shows that this word has been used in most Quranic commentaries in the meaning of “haunted”, “crazy” and also someone whose intellect has disappeared.
