Background: Nowadays fecal transplantation (FT) is considered as a component of the treatment for a wide range of disorders, including autoimmune diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, type 1 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis).
