ABSTRACTMoringa leaves (Moringa oleifera Lam) contain flavonoids, antioxidants, and alkaloids that can lower cholesterol levels, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of kelorterol leaf extract against male white rats (Rattus norvegicus). Test animals were induced by propylthiouracil and high fat diet for 14 days. Followed by administration of Na-CMC, Simvastatin, and Moringa leaf extract 3.6mg/200gBB, 7.2mg/200gBB, and 10.8mg/200gBB for 14 days. Cholesterol measurements were carried out on days 0, 14, and 28.
