AJARAN CATUR MARGA DALAM TINJAUAN KONSTRUKTIVISME DAN RELEVANSINYA DENGAN EMPAT PILAR PENDIDIKAN UNESCO

The teachings of Catur Marga is a concept that is very common doctrine known by the Hinduism as part of Tattwa aspect within the basic framework of Hinduism. In the original, the teachings Catur Marga is generally understood as a four way to get closer to God (Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa) comprising; 1) Bhakti Marga, 2) Karma Marga, 3) Jnana Marga, and 4) Raja Marga. However, when viewed in the field of education, the teaching of Catur Marga pattern of education implemented gradually and tiered in terms of education now call as constructivism learning patterns. Constructivism learning patterns are nowadays widely applied to individual goals learner is able to construct their own knowledge through a series of learning experiences, it is also in line with the four pillars of education that sparked UNESCO, which gradually covers; 1) learning to do, 2) learning to know, 3) learning to be, and 4) learning to live together. Moving on from this, the teachings of Catur Marga as Hindu constructivism learning patterns are very relevant in today’s educational demands in highly universal and applied, not only in learning the science of religion, but in many other disciplines.
