KEBERADAAN PASRAMAN SEBAGAI PENGUATAN BUDAYA LOKAL DIKAITKAN DENGAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 55 TAHUN 2007

Pasraman education is one of the non-formal education included a study of Hinduism. Indeed Hindu religious education was taught in formal educational institutions, but in fact the Hindu religious education curriculum is more oriented to the cognitive, psychomotor and affective while very less. Therefore the learning system oriented pasraman psychomotor and affective development essential to the process where pasraman implemented as strengthening local culture associated with Government Regulation No. 55 Year 2007.Based on the above background, in this study there are two issues to be discussed include: (1). How is the Hindu Education Management Pattern in Pasraman, (2). What factors are influential in improving the quality of management education based Hindu strengthening local culture and (3) what efforts are made to improve the education of Management-based Hindu Pasraman strengthening local culture in Denpasar.The theory is used to analyze the formulation of the problem is: Learning Theory Behavioristik, from Watson, Humanistic theory, and the theory Konstruktivistik. The subjects were pasraman Kumuda Sari Denpasar. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, the methods used to collect the data are: observation, interview and literature study further the data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method with the steps of reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The results showed (1) Pattern Hindu Pasraman education management consists of beberpa components include: planning, organizing, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation. (2) Factors affecting factors are internal factors and external factors. (3) Efforts should be made to improve Hindu-based educational management strengthening local culture in Denpasar pasraman include: using methods appropriate to their lessons applicable curriculum.From the data analysis it can be concluded (1) The pattern of education management pasraman Hindu in accordance with government regulations. In the management scheme covers four important domains: planning (planing), organizing (organizing), implementation (aktuating), evaluation (Controlling). (2) Factors affecting improve Hindu-based educational management strengthening local culture in pasraman that there are two categories of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include: learners, teachers pasraman, infrastructure pasraman. The external factors include the social community and the government. (3) Efforts are being made to improve education management Hindu-based strengthening of the local culture in pasraman Denpasar namely: improvement of teachers, development of teaching materials and create a conducive atmosphere, the development of teaching materials, improvement of students or participants pasraman, the efforts of governments and private sustainable , upayan of society.Keyword : Pasraman, Local Culture, Government Regulation No. 55 200
