The research aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This research used experiment and associative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The population in this research is all 350 customers at the Rumah Makan Ibu Diah Bandar Lampung and 78 as the respondents. Data collection samples used was done through observation, documentation, interview, and quistionnaire. Analysis technique by liniear regression and path analysis. The analysis showed that learning result of customer satisfaction integrated subjects is influenced by any variables of 91.7% and the remaining 8.3% is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this research.
