The present study aims to analyze the perceptions that teachers have about the influence of external evaluations, especially Prova Brasil, and what are the repercussions that these evaluations cause in the organization of the school curriculum. For the research, the qualitative approach was utilized, and the method for data collection was the semi-structured interview with teachers of elementary school in a municipal education network. The results showed that external evaluations cause repercussions on the organization of the school curriculum; they also reflect in teacher planning, decrease teacher autonomy, and establish a feeling of competition between schools and inside them, while also making teachers responsible for the results reache...
