This paper has as its aim the analysis of the Convention on the rights of the child focusing on the right to education. We study this right from the perspective of the child as subjective of rights in the international and national law and of the interpretation of the right to education (article 29) given by the Committee on the Rights of the Child). It is a bibliographic and documental research.
