The use of traditional medicine as alternatives has been used many times in Indonesia. The usage of lime and kaffir lime are several examples of traditional medicine. The researcher is interested in knowing the antibacterial effects between lime leaves extract, and kaffir lime leaves extract towards Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. This research is experimental research with a descriptive design. Lime leaves and kaffir lime leaves were extracted by maceration, and its sensitivity towards the growth of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 was tested via the Kirby Bauer method with 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, and 100% extracts.
